If He had not loved me
Would I still be here today?
If my Jesus had not suffered
Would I walk the narrow way?
If He had not sought me,
If He had not called me here,
Would I know the faith I've nourished,
Or would faith give way to fear?
If the Lord had not forgiven,
Would I, willful, selfish, sin?
Would I know the Cross of Calv'ry?
Would I try to enter in?
Yes, my God has loved me!
Yes, my Jesus died for me!
Yes, He called me to His table,
Yes, and here I am set free!
