My heart cries out in sorrow,
For one has left her place,
And she has sought Your Presence
And met You -- face-to-face.

As I know peace calms her soul;
You've brought her to Your glory;
You've changed and made her whole.
I look forward unto Zion;
O, God, the Light that shines!
It reminds me of her nature;
Your Call her life outlined.
O, Father, love her for us;
Tell her we miss her so!
And as we look to Zion,
We see Thy life-light flow.
