To Live a Life As Jesus Did

To live a life as Jesus did;

This is my mission's strife --

To sacrifice my everything;

To live a thoughtful life.

From day to day to give of me,

To be the world's light.

To tell others about Jesus;

To share with all my might.

To spread a smile to others,

To spread some love around,

That others might glimpse heaven,

Where peace and joy abound.

This, I believe, my calling,

My command, my Father's bid;

To sacrifice my everything,

To live as Jesus did.
